Muutuse on põhjustanud  uued madalamad tariifid ja koroonapiirangute tõttu vähenenud äriklientide tarbimine.Põhitegevuspiirkonna eraklientide müügitulu vähenes 15,2% võrra, ulatudes 5,13 miljoni euroni. Muutuse põhjustas eelkõige juba 2019. aasta lõpust rakendunud madalam tariif. Tariifilanguse mõju tasakaalustas teatud määral korteriühistute ehk ettevõtte suurima eraklientide segmendi tarbimise kasv. See tulenes koroonaviiruse mõjust, mis tõi kaasa kaugtöö osakaalu kasvu ja suurendas kodumajapidamiste tarbimist.Põhitegevuspiirkonna äriklientide müügitulu vähenes 25,7% võrra 3,81 miljoni euroni, mis tulenes madalamatest tariifidest ja veeteenuste tarbimise vähenemisest 16,9% võrra.
