The net asset value (NAV) of EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS as of 30 November 2020 was 16.67 euros and the net asset value of EPRA share (net book value excluding deferred income tax liability and fair value of interest rate derivatives) was 17.77 euros. Both NAV and EPRA NAV increased by 0.9% during November.In November, EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS earned a total of 993 thousand euros in sales revenue and 807 thousand euros in EBITDA, being at the fund’s usual level.
