Inbank omandas 53% osaluse sõidukite täisteenusrendi ettevõttes Mobire

Inbank allkirjastas 14.12.2020 lepingu 53% omandamiseks sõidukite täisteenusrendi ettevõttes Mobire Group OÜ. Poolte kokkuleppel tehingu hinda ei avalikustata.Tehingu eesmärgiks on tugevdada Inbanki positsiooni autode finantseerimise turul ning siseneda uuenduslikku püsitasul põhinevasse autokasutuse ärimudelisse. Osaluse omandamine Mobire Groupis ei oma olulist mõju Inbanki majandustegevusele. Tehingu järel jätkab Mobire tegevust senise nime all.Inbanki nõukogu esimehe Priit Põldoja sõnul liigub maailm täna selgelt püsitasul põhinevate ärimudelite suunas. „Kuna pikaajalise autokasutuse teenust on võimalik edukalt skaleerida, siis näeme selles äris väga suurt kasvupotentsiaali,“ ütles Põldoja. LHV Group results in November 2020

In November, AS LHV Group earned EUR 4.3 million in consolidated net profit. The bank earned EUR 4.4 million in net profit, at that, EUR 0.6 million in net profit from servicing clients related to the UK branch; Varahaldus earned EUR 0.3 million in net profit.November was a strong month in terms of all business lines of LHV. AS LHV Group teenis novembris konsolideeritud puhaskasumit 4,3 miljonit eurot. Pank teenis 4,4 miljonit eurot puhaskasumit, sealjuures 0,6 miljonit eurot puhaskasumit Ühendkuningriigi filiaaliga seotud klientide teenindamisest. Varahaldus teenis 0,3 miljonit eurot puhaskasumit.November oli kõigi LHV ärisuundade lõikes tugev kuu.
