Landsréttur staðfesti í dag dóm Héraðsdóms Reykjavíkur um að Símanum bæri að greiða TSC ehf. bætur. Landsréttur lækkaði hins vegar bætur sem Símanum bæri að greiða úr 50 milljónum króna í 30 milljónir króna að viðbættum dráttarvöxtum auk málskostnaðar.Málið má rekja til ákvörðunar Samkeppniseftirlitsins frá árinu 2009, vegna atvika sem áttu sér stað árið 2005 og er málið því vel komið til ára sinna. Var Landsréttur sammála niðurstöðu héraðsdóms að Síminn hefði bakað TSC tjón með því að innheimta ekki sérstakt gjald fyrir aðgang að sjónvarpsstöðinni Skjá Einum sem var í opinni dagskrá.
