Announcement from the Danish Transport, Construction and Housing Authority

It is hereby announced that a conversion will be carried out of state subsidised construction loans to social housing as well as renovation loans subsidised by Landsbyggefonden.The conversion will include fixed-rate mortgage loans and will be executed by injunction to the affected social housing organisations.A total volume of approximately DKK 0.4 billion will be converted. The loans have the following fixed coupon rates:Following the conversion, the mortgage loans will be rescheduled as state guaranteed adjustable-rate loans in 10-year interest rate resets. Herved meddeles, at der gennemføres en konvertering af realkreditlån til almene boliger med støtte fra staten eller Landsbyggefonden.Konverteringen omfatter fastforrentede nominallån og gennemføres ved udsendelse af påbud til de berørte almene boligorganisationer.Konverteringen har et samlet volumen på ca. 0,4 mia. kr. og fordeler sig på følgende kuponrenter:Ved konverteringen omlægges lånene til statsgaranterede rentetilpasningslån udstedt i det 10-årige løbetidssegment. L’université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne (URCA) utilise le supercalculateur d’Atos pour accélérer la recherche contre le COVID-19

Construction contract in Latvia (business complex Verde in Riga)

On 16 June 2020, SIA Merks, part of AS Merko Ehitus group, has entered into a contract with SIA Hanzas 14, owned by Capitalica Baltic Real Estate Fund I, for the construction of business complex Verde at Roberta Hirša street 1, Riga.  The works of the first stage include construction of an office building and an underground parking lot with a total area of 29.5 thousand square metres. The contract value is more than EUR 31 million, plus value added tax. Construction works of the first stage will start in July and are scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2022.  The start of the construction of the second stage will be decided within 12 months. Ehitusleping Lätis (ärikeskus Verde Riias)

ASi Merko Ehitus kontserni kuuluv SIA Merks ja SIA Hanzas 14, mille omanik on Capitalica Baltic Real Estate Fund I, sõlmisid 16. juunil 2020 lepingu ärikeskus Verde ehituseks aadressil Roberta Hirša tn 1, Riia.  Esimese etapi tööd hõlmavad uue ärihoone ja maa-aluse parkla ehitust kogupinnaga 29,5 tuhat ruutmeetrit. Lepingu maksumus on üle 31 miljoni euro, millele lisandub käibemaks. Tänavu juulis algavad esimese etapi ehitustööd valmivad 2022. aasta esimeses kvartalis.  Teise etapi ehitustööde alustamine otsustatakse 12 kuu jooksul. Teine etapp hõlmab uut ärihoonet kogupinnaga 15,6 tuhat ruutmeetrit ning selle ehitusperiood on orienteeruvalt 15 kuud.
