LVMH : Réduction du contrat de liquidité contracté avec ODDO BHF SCA

Paris, le 20 Mai 2020Conformément à l’article 4.6 de la décision AMF n° 2018-01 du 2 juillet 2018, LVMH a procédé le 19 Mai 2020 à la réduction du montant en espèces affecté au contrat de liquidité conclu avec Oddo BHF SCA, à concurrence de 278 000 euros, afin de ramener les ressources allouées à ce contrat à un montant inférieur au plafond de 50M€ prévu par la décision AMF sus-visée pour les « titres très liquides » (au sens du paragraphe 3.a de l’article 4 de ladite décision).Compte tenu de cette opération, à la date du 19 Mai 2020, les moyens suivants figuraient au compte de liquidité :47 000 titres32 675 439,73 euros en espècesLVMH LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton est présent dans les Vins & Spiritueux au travers notamment des Maisons Moët & Chandon, Dom Pérignon, Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin, Krug, Ruinart, Mercier, Château...

Hexagon Composites ASA: Results for the first quarter of 2020

In the first quarter of 2020, Hexagon Group generated NOK 825 (822) million in revenues and recorded an operating profit before depreciation (EBITDA) of NOK 37 (150) million. This was driven by solid performances in Hexagon Ragasco LPG, Agility Fuel Solutions and Hexagon Mobile Pipeline.
