Iceland Seafood International hf completes a share capital increase in relation to acquisition of 33% minority share in Havelok

As informed in a public announcement on March 4th 2020, Iceland Seafood International hf (“Iceland Seafood”) entered into a share purchase agreement with the management of Havelok to acquire 33% minority share in Havelok.  As announced, the consideration was to be paid half with cash payment and half with 24.663.637 new shares in Iceland Seafood.  The process of issuing the new shares has now been completed and the total of 24.663.637 new shares in Iceland Seafood have been issued and delivered to the sellers.  The share issuance is done in accordance with article 4(3) of the Company’s Articles of Association, shareholders do not have preemptive rights to subscribe to the new shares.  Total issued share capital in Iceland Seafood is now 2.586.008.571.

Changes in AS Tallink Grupp’s loan agreements

Amendments to loan facility agreements signed by AS Tallink Grupp and all its lending banks whereby loan principal repayments in the amount of 61mEUR for the year 2020 are deferred and added to the last payment of each respective loan facility came into force today. The loans’ final maturities and interest margins remained unchanged. AS-i Tallink Grupp laenulepingute muudatused

AS-i Tallink Grupp ja tema laenuandjate pankade poolt allkirjastatud laenulepingute muudatused jõustusid täna, muudatuste kohaselt lükatakse edasi laenude 2020. aasta põhiosa tagasimaksed kokku summas 61 miljonit eurot ja liidetakse iga vastava laenu viimasele maksele. Laenude lõpptähtajad ja intressimarginaalid ei muutunud. AB Linas Agro Group performance and financial results for 9-month period of FY 2019/20

Consolidated revenue was 9.6 % less and totaled EUR 476 million.Sales volume reached 1.67 million tons of various products and was 3.2% less as compared to previous year.The gross profit reached EUR 27.1 million and was 11,8 % higher than a year before. Consolidated EBITDA was 74 % higher and amounted to EUR 11.8 million. The operating profit was EUR 2.9 million (last year there was an operating loss of EUR 1.2 million). Profit before taxes amounted to EUR 0.67 million (compared to a loss of EUR 3.6 million in the previous year). Konsoliduotos pajamos mažėjo 9,6 % ir siekė 476 mln. Eur.Parduota 1,67 mln. tonų įvairios produkcijos arba 3,2 % mažiau nei ankstesniais metais.Bendrasis pelnas siekė 27,1 mln. Eur ir buvo 11,8 % didesnis, nei ankstesniais metais. Konsoliduotas pelnas prieš palūkanas, mokesčius ir nusidėvėjimą (EBITDA) siekė 11,8 mln. Eur ir buvo 74 % didesnis nei pernai.
