Valoen hallitus on hyväksynyt tehdyn vaihtovelkakirjalainamerkinnän.Vaihtovelkakirjalainan mukainen yksi 100.000 euron lainaosuus oikeuttaa velkakirjan haltijan merkitsemään 1.111.111 Yhtiön uutta osaketta. Lainaosuuksien perusteella tehtävien osakemerkintöjen seurauksena Yhtiö antaa enintään 1.111.111 yhtiön uutta osaketta. The Group continued to report strong insurance technical results, although the sharp decrease in the market values of investment assets lowered the profit. Päätökseen vaikuttivat finanssimarkkinoilla vallitseva suuri epävarmuus ja Sammon sisäisten osinkojen muutokset.Haastavasta toimintaympäristöstä huolimatta Sampo on sitoutunut maksamaan houkuttelevaa osinkoa.
