The board of directors of LIDDS AB has decided to carry out a directed issue of 562,500 shares at a subscription price of SEK 16 per share. LIDDS will through the directed share issue receive proceeds amounting to SEK 9.0 million, before transaction costs.The board of directors of LIDDS has, based on the authorization given by the annual general meeting on May 16, 2019, decided to carry out a directed issue of 562.500 shares to new and current investors.The subscription price in the Directed Share Issue is set to SEK 16,00 and has been determined by volume weighted average price during the last 20 business days with a discount of 5%. Comment regarding Sveriges Television

Comment regarding Sveriges TelevisionSEB has been contacted by Sveriges Televisions program Uppdrag granskning, who claims it will report on suspected money laundering in the Baltics in an upcoming TV program.They claim that they have information that  includes SEB.SEB will evaluate any information that might be shown in the TV program and will compare that with SEB’s own analyses and previously handled cases. SEB has received questions from Sveriges Television, but has no further knowledge of the content of the program. In order to be transparent, SEB chooses to disclose this information to the market.If new information emerges that has previously not been known to SEB, SEB will take action immediately. Kommentar angående SVTSEB har blivit kontaktade av Sveriges Televisions Uppdrag granskning, som uppger att de kommer att rapportera om misstänkt penningtvätt i Baltikum i ett kommande program. De uppger att de har material som inkluderar SEB. SEB kommer att utvärdera de uppgifter som eventuellt framkommer i programmet och jämföra dessa med SEB:s egna analyser och historiskt hanterade ärenden. SEB har fått frågor från Sveriges Television, men har inte närmare information om innehållet. För att vara transparenta med marknaden väljer SEB att gå ut med denna information.Om det skulle framkomma ny information som vi inte haft kännedom om sedan tidigare kommer SEB omedelbart att vidta åtgärder. In October 2019 “Novaturas” turnover was EUR 22.1 million and was 5% higher compared to October 2018.2019 cumulative “Novaturas” turnover (for January-October period) was EUR 161.7 million and was by EUR 0.5 million more compared to same period in 2018.In October 2019, “Novaturas” served 32.8 thousand clients and it was same as in October 2018.  „Novaturo“ apyvarta 2019 m. spalio mėnesį sudarė 22,1 mln. eurų ir buvo 5% didesnė nei 2018 m. spalio mėnesį.2019 m. sausio – spalio mėnesiais „Novaturo“ apyvarta sudarė 161,7 mln. eurų ir buvo 0,5 mln eurų didesnė nei 2018 m. atitinkamu laikotarpiu.„Novaturas“ per spalio mėnesį aptarnavo 32,8 tūkst. klientų ir tai buvo tiek pat, kiek ir 2018 m. spalio mėnesį.
