Today, on the 21st of November 2019, AS Tallinna Vesi repaid its long-term loan in a total amount of 37.5 million euros to Nordea Bank and entered into the new loan contract in the amount of 37.5 million euros with Nordic Investment Bank to finance its investment program.AS Tallinna Vesi had the loan from Nordea Bank in the amount of 37.5 million euros due in 2020. Today on 21st November 2019, the Company repaid the loan back prematurely. At the same time AS Tallinna Vesi entered into the new 15-year loan contract with Nordic Investment Bank for the amount of 37.5 million euros to finance its investment program. Täna, 21. novembril 2019 maksis AS Tallinna Vesi Nordea pangale tagasi oma pikaajalise 37,5 miljoni euro suuruse laenu ning sõlmis uue laenulepingu summas 37,5 miljonit eurot Põhjamaade Investeerimispangaga, et rahastada ettevõtte investeeringute kava.Nordea pangalt võetud 37,5 miljoni suuruse laenu tagasimaksmise tähtaeg oli 2020. aastal. Täna, 21. novembril 2019 maksis ettevõte laenu ennetähtaegselt tagasi. Samas sõlmis AS Tallinna Vesi uue, 15-aastase laenulepingu Põhjamaade Investeerimispangaga 37,5 miljoni euro ulatuses ettevõtte investeeringute kava rahastamiseks. Selle tulemusena väheneb AS-i Tallinna Vesi keskmine laenuintressi riskimarginaal 0,79%-lt 0,65%-le.2019. aasta novembri lõpu seisuga ulatub ettevõtte pikaajaliste laenukohustuste kogusumma 91,4 miljoni euroni.
